Spicy fiesta flavours are heading to Nottingham's high street - with the launch of two new branches of Mexican restaurant Tortilla.The eatery chain has taken over the former Phones 4U shop, in Clumber Street, and plans to open sometime next month.A second restaurant will open in the Victoria Centre later in the year.The Clumber Street outlet will join the likes of Greggs, McDonald's and Chopstix on the parade - and shoppers have welcomed the news that an empty shop has been filled.Emma Buckley,.
