Nottingham Post published Man stole camera while scavenging in bins to feed his family

Hard-up Mark Seaton went scavenging for food to feed his family but ended up stealing a security camera, a court heard today. He noticed it on the wall of the Star Fish Chip shop on Hickings Lane, Stapleford, late on August 1.
