Nottingham Post published Kimberley cake designer comes second in Cake International Show

Kimberley cake designer Karen Mitchell snatched second place at the NEC's Cake International Show in Birmingham with her Wollaton Park inspired deer creation 'Henry, Prince of the Magical forest'. The 43-year-old came second only to a life-sized cake of Prince George.
