Nottinghamshire batsman James Taylor has been named captain of England for the forthcoming one day international against Ireland.
The Outlaws' right-hander leads a youthful England side for the game in Dublin on Friday May 8, which also includes his county team-mate Alex Hales.
Taylor, who joined Notts in 2012 and has since averaged 74.42 in List A cricket for the county, has 17 ODI caps to his name having made his international debut back in 2011.
