Children across Britain may be hoping for a White Christmas – but 1,200 youngsters from Nottingham schools used a Green Christmas as their theme for one of the city's most popular creative contests.The annual competition to design a Christmas card for Nottingham South MP Lillian Greenwood has been running for seven years. And this year there was a record entry of more than 1,200 designs, from schools right across the constituency.Entries for the 2016 contest were asked to focus on a Green.
