A 28-year old Nottingham man, originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, has been recognised for his dedication to helping young people advance their sporting skills.
Mputu Maveso, who now lives in Colwick, is an ex-professional football player and now spends his time funding and training three groups for youngsters in and around the Meadows.
