A drunk man shouted abuse about gay people and women as A&E staff checked a head wound after friends dumped him in a city street. Trouble erupted as David Clark was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre after police found him curled into a ball on a pavement at 3am, Nottingham magistrates heard on Tuesday.Because of his aggression, a paramedic asked police to go to the hospital with Clark, 52, of Honiton Road, Strelley. He was calm until a nurse tried to take his blood pressure, said Margaret.
