A barman was blamed for a driver's booze ban because he was stingy when putting lemonade into shandy.Site supervisor Jason Boulton 'did not realise' the potency of the mixture after a work outing, magistrates in Nottingham heard.He failed a breath test as he headed home to Clifton in his car.
