Former Notts County striker Delroy Facey has been jailed for two-and-a-half years after he was convicted of being part of an international match-fixing ring.The footballer was described by a judge as being "the cancer at the heart of football" after he was found guilty of conspiring to commit bribery.A court heard the 35-year-old offered six lower league players "easy money" in exchange for throwing football games as part of an international crime syndicate.
