Nottingham Post published Common assault charge after 'scuffle' at Notts nightclub

A scuffle broke out when a man kept interrupting a couple talking in a club, a court heard. It ended with Paul Audas, 42, taking a kick at the man who had been making a nuisance of himself.Nottingham magistrates heard that the other man never came forward.
