Nottingham Post published British babies to have new Meningitis B vaccine

All babies will soon have access to a vaccine against Meningitis B after a deal in the health industry was reached.Health secretary Jeremy Hunt announced the news on Sunday morning.The agreement with drug manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline means that the vaccine will potentially be available on the NHS this year.It will be added to the national childhood immunisation scheme - meaning that every baby will receive the vaccine at two months of age, followed by a further two doses.The deal was first...
