Nottinghamshire's Alex Hales struck his third half century of England's one day international series against South Africa, but was still on the losing side in a seven-wicket defeat at Centurion. After hitting 57 in the first ODI in Bloemfontein and then cruelly missing out on a century by just one run in the second ODI at Port Elizabeth, Hales scored 65 in the third one.
