Nottingham Post published 5 spots for a wild swim in Nottinghamshire

Wild swimming is on the rise, and venues across Nottingham are welcoming thrill-seekers to dive in at the deep end. The Outdoor Swimming Society has catalogued a list of locations where swimmers who want to get out of the pool and into the great outdoors can explore. It includes five local spots on the River Trent and perhaps more surprisingly – and apparently more safely – the west lake at Colwick Country Park.
