Nottingham Post commented 'Thief takes £400' from shopper in Stapleford

A Stapleford woman believes £400 was stolen from her yesterday on a shopping trip. She had taken the money out at the post office, in Church Street, at about 1pm, then visited the air ambulance shop in Derby Road and placed her brown wallet, containing the cash, in the front of her shopping trolley.She walked to Lloyds Bank to pay her bills but then discovered the wallet was missing. The woman said she had seen "a suspicious-looking couple" in their 30s hanging around....
