It annoys me when you get Nottingham Forest supporters saying 'get rid of the manager'. What can Dougie Freedman do? Are they blind? It's down to the players. They are the ones who go out there. If the ball comes to them they should either head it or kick it, if the other team have got it, you tackle. It's common sense, but those players can't do that.
