A binge drinker was labelled a danger on the roads today after he pulled out of a side street and caused a crash.Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard that jobless Jaraslaw Keler was found to be well over the legal alcohol limit after the incident on Claypole Road in the city on November 14.A 28-month driving ban was imposed on Keler, 44, of Radford Road, Nottingham. He admitted driving with 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, having no licence or insurance.District Judge Leo
