For Ricardo Moniz, time remains the biggest enemy. The new Notts County manager did inspire an improved performance against Barnsley. He is clearly already starting to implement his ideas.But, when the Magpies face Crawley this weekend, the only thing that matters is three points. It does not matter how they get them, Notts must simply win. And my concerns remain the same as they were on the day he was appointed.
