Nottinghamshire Police have confirmed the northbound carriageway of the M1 has re-opened, after a man was hit by a vehicle.An update on the force's website read: "The northbound carriageway of the M1 between junction 25 and 26 will shortly be reopening. Officers are requesting motorists to return to their vehicles if they have left them in situ and thank them for their patience.The southbound carriageway remains closed following a police incident.
