More than 100 shoppers and businesses in Beeston have signed a petition calling for an end to aggressive charity workers who try to sign people up to a cause.Chuggers as they are known are people who approach passers-by in the street asking for subscriptions and charity donations.The petition was set up by 60-year-old Pat Cook, of News and Essentials, in Wollaton Road after she noticed their aggressive tactics were putting off shoppers to Beeston High Street.So far she has 109 signatures –
