A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted rape after an incident in the Arboretum area of Nottingham. A 22-year-old woman was walking home from work in the early hours of Saturday morning (July 8) and had got to Waverley Street at the junction with Raleigh Street when a man assaulted her. Nottinghamshire Police said she managed to fight him off and run away.
