Plans for two multi-million pound developments just yards apart - which could create 600 new homes and transform the city - look set to be approved.One of the sites, in Alfreton Road, could see the complete demolition of a city eyesore that has remained derelict for decades. An old and shabby mill office will be replaced by 81 new homes and seven shops and restaurants as part of phase one of a three phase 310 home development on the rundown site. When Storm Doris hit in February, police cordoned
