A mother whose nine-year-old daughter was mistakenly prescribed heroin substitute methadone by a pharmacist says she is 'fuming' that no action has yet been taken.The General Pharmaceutical Council – which is an independent regulator for pharmacists – is still investigating the matter, but the mother says that a letter received from the pharmacy in question indicates it was just a mistake.Ruby-Mai Bell, of Arkwright Walk, The Meadows, was supposed to be given antibiotics for a water.
