Nottingham Forest defender Eric Lichaj has been named in the USA squad for the CONCACAF Gold Cup. Lichaj last featured in May 2016, coming off the bench against Puerto Rico, but he has made the 23-man group after being voted Forest's player of the season. The Chicago-born right-back has 11 caps but has not started a game for his country since the 2011 Gold Cup. He came off the bench twice in 2013 but did not feature again for almost three years.
