The Nottingham Forest right-back is hoping to force his way into the starting line-up in time for next Saturday's opening game against Panama in Nashville. However, he had to watch on from the bench on Saturday night in East Hartford as the Americans made it eight games unbeaten under Bruce Arena in front of 28,494 fans.
