Daniel Pinillos appears to be a week away from a perfect birthday present as he closes in on a Nottingham Forest return. The left-back, who turns 24 today, has been out since rupturing his anterior cruciate ligaments (ACL) in December 2015. However, he posted a video on his Instagram page lifting weights with the caption 'and only one week to return'. Judging by the feat of strength, there is little doubt the Spaniard's knee is able to take the strain of getting back on the pitch.
