Nottingham Panthers saw their faint Elite League title hopes come to an end with a 4-2 defeat to Sheffield Steelers at the National Ice Centre.With four games to go, Panthers can only tie with the leaders on 66 points as the Steelers move closer to another championship with three games for them to play.Needing to win, Nottingham were a million miles below their best and were deservedly beaten by a superior side on the night.They have four games to and must look to win them all, starting in Fife.
