Nottingham Forest have turned to Paul Williams as the man to replace Dougie Freedman until the end of the season. But who is the new man charged with addressing a dip in form for the Reds? The former defender/midfielder Williams started his playing career at Derby County, going on to make more than 150 league appearances for the Rams.
