An Arnold carvery is to undergo a radical transformation into a swish steakhouse. The Seven Mile Inn,in Mansfield Road, will become the 70th Miller and Carter Steakhouse when it opens mid-May. Instead of daily roasts from £4.49, the new restaurant will serve premium steaks starting at £14.50.
