Neighbours in two Stapleford streets have launched a petition against plans to paint double yellow lines along the roads. Nottinghamshire County Council wants to put restrictions in force in Ilkeston Road and parts of Melbourne Road ahead of the start of a 450-home development at Field Farm. But residents on the streets, who are currently able to park along the roads, have begun a campaign against the proposals.
