A folk singer and former Post columnist from Sandiacre who travelled the world with his music has been remembered as an "incredible person" who "mesmerised audiences". Roy Harris set up the Nottingham Traditional Music Club in 1967, which ran for 22 years, and went on to record four albums as part of his successful solo career.
