Moving letters containing hand-written messages and drawings from First World War soldiers are going under the hammer in Nottinghamshire.A leather album contains letters from 70 wounded soldiers addressed to a voluntary aid nurse, Miss G M Gibbs.It was found in an old soldier's box in the attic at Burgage Manor, in Southwell, which was used as a hospital during the First World War.The collection will now be sold at auction by Mellors and Kirk in June and is estimated to be worth up to...
