Residents are taking action to reclaim their community garden after activists set up a camp on the ground.A row broke out at the site on Cliff Road - next to the intu Broadmarsh Centre - after homeowners from the street began cutting down tarpaulin surrounding the camp.Police were called to camp at around midday yesterday as the two sides argued. But the activists say they are not going to move until all the city's rough sleepers have been found a bed - despite the local council insisting there.
