Wigan Athletic are rivalling Notts County in the race to sign Nottingham Forest's in-demand midfielder Jorge Grant. The Latics are understood to be huge admirers of the talented playmaker, having watched him several times during his loan spell with the Magpies last season. Having been relegated to League One, Wigan now want Grant to spearhead their tilt at a return to the Championship.
