Leigh_Curtis published 'Game on' as Mark Cooper targets permanent Notts County deal

Mark Cooper says it is "game on" in his quest to reach the points target which will help secure his future as Notts County manager. The Magpies beat Newport 1-0 at the weekend with Genaro Snijders' third goal of the season enough to settle the League Two clash. Although the game was a dead rubber in terms of the league table, it was anything but for Cooper who now goes into next weekend's final game of the season against Carlisle needing a result to clinch a permanent deal.
