Nottingham Forest defender Eric Lichaj has been rewarded for his recent form after making USA's provisional 40-man squad for the Copa America. Lichaj is one of 15 defenders named by manager Jurgen Klinsmann who will trim down the squad to 23 by May 20. The USA will face Colombia on June 3 in their tournament opener in which Lichaj will be hope to be part of.
