A shopper parking at the intu Victoria Centre was left frustrated when she was charged more than she expected for a quick trip into town. Kay Knowles, from West Bridgford, parked at the shopping centre's car park on Saturday, January 14, believing that she would be charged £3 for up to two hours, as she says was advertised on its website. So the 25-year-old was frustrated when she was charged a higher price of £3.50.
