The mother of a 25-year-old woman who died at a secure hospital in Nottinghamshire has said 'lessons must be learned' from her death.Cara Walls, a mental health patient at the Emerald Ward at Rampton Secure Hospital, in north Nottinghamshire, was found dead on the floor of her room with a ligature around her neck on February 5 last year. An inquest held to determine the cause of her death recorded a verdict of 'misadventure'.The trust which runs the hospital has since apologised 'unreservedly'..
