A derelict school in St Ann's is set to be partially demolished after becoming a 'magnet' for anti-social behaviour.The Elms Primary School, in Cranmer Street, closed its doors for the last time in 2008 due to a lack of demand for places.The council had been holding off from demolishing the building in case demand increased, but the decision has now been taken to knock part of it down. Most of the building's windows have been smashed, and there is lots of graffiti on the site.A report written by
