JonPritchard published Police cordon off Royal Centre tram stop as man climbs crane

A large area of the city centre has been cordoned off by police after a man was spotted atop a crane. Wollaton Street was closed from the Crowne Plaza while the Royal Centre tram stop was also cleared by police.
