Drivers faced long delays at Victoria Retail Park after traffic lights failed.Traffic queued up along the A612 Colwick Loop Road in Netherfield following the failure of the lights at around 5pm.The road is a major route in and out of the city for commuters, and traffic built up quickly as rush hour commuters headed home.
