JonPritchard published Fire closes two lanes of the M1

A vehicle fire has closed two lanes of the M1 in Nottinghamshire. Large plumes of smoke could be seen coming from the road on traffic cameras operated by Highways England. Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called shortly after 2.30pm on Tuesday.
