JonPritchard published Driver rescued after car rolls down ditch in Stapleford

Fire crews and police officers were called to Church Street in Stapleford on Friday afternoon after a car ended up stuck down a bank.The car, a blue Ford Fiesta, was made safe by crews from Highfields fire station, while police were also on the scene. The man, who was in the car at the time of it rolling down the bank, was taken to the nearby health centre, an eyewitness said.
