Dentist Desmond D'Mello has said he was 'shocked and humiliated' when he was suspended by health bosses over allegations of breaking hygiene laws and putting his patients at risk.He is currently the subject of a General Dental Council hearing in London over his fitness to practice and has so far failed to attend the proceedings, but instead it was revealed today that he had sent an email to the panel.
