Buddhist monks blessed a new Thai restaurant ahead of its opening in Nottingham on Thursday. Thaikhun, which is based in the new food quarter at the Victoria Centre, opens at noon and will offer authentic Thai cuisine. The ceremony was a traditional Buddhist ritual to celebrate the opening of the new restaurant.
