Barriers could be put in place on Clifton Village green to prevent travellers moving on to the space.Residents of the village say they have been blighted by a number of caravans pitching up on the green at least once during the summer for the past five years.Previously, the idea of barriers had been suggested, and the chairman of the residents association in the area said they have been battling with Nottingham City Council to get some built.Five caravans, as well as other vehicles, set up camp.
