BBC's Countryfile programme showcased the best of our county on Sunday night - from the River Trent to our famous Colwick cheese.Presenter Matt Baker took to the Trent in a kayak to find out about pollution in the river and how it is coming back to life, while Helen Skelton also looked at the famous Colwick cheese.The cheese, which is light and curdy, dates back to the 1600s.
