Sheku Kanneh-Mason has been named as the winner of the strings category final in the BBC Young Musician 2016 competition.The 17-year-old, of Mapperley Park, is part of the talented family who made the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent in 2015.The cellist will join the semi-finals with the keyboard, percussion, woodwind and brass category winners which will be broadcast on May 7 at 7.30pm on BBC Four, and will hope to make it though to the final on May 15 at The Barbican Theatre in London.Read.
