An investigation has been launched after a Clifton resident claimed a worker swung a digger arm at her and her daughter.Natalie Wing, of Bournmoor Avenue, has complained to TWA, who are carrying out the tram works, after she visited a relative's house in Southchurch Drive.Upon leaving the drive, Miss Wing claims a worker purposely swung the arm of the digger he was using around in the direction of her and her 10 month-old-daughter.She said: "It was awful."It was the arm of the digger..
