Northampton Town secured the League Two title after clinching the point they needed in a goalless draw at Exeter. The Cobblers guaranteed themselves promotion last week and, after closest rivals Oxford and Accrington both failed to win, Chris Wilder's side were crowned champions with four games remaining. Oxford were dealt a blow in their pursuit of automatic promotion as they slipped to a 3-2 home defeat to Luton thanks to a Joe Pigott double.
