Cabinet minister Chris Grayling points to Nottingham businessman Nigel Baxter as a typical employer Eurosceptic. Visiting Mr Baxter's business in Lenton Lane, the Lord President, Leader of the House and senior Brexiteer, says: "I am getting three messages from small and medium-sized businesses."The first is that business will carry on regardless.
